Brody had been on a walk, trying to push back all of his fears. He knew Rachel needed him to be strong and he was trying, but he was so scared. Having a baby wasn’t something little, it was a life changer. He had bought her a promise ring earlier in the week and it was burning a hole in his pocket. He knew if he and Rachel were to get through this, they had to communicate, he couldn’t hide what he was feeling. So he headed back to the apartment to talk with her.
